Love Thy Neighbor Ministries started as an assignment to meet God’s children where they are. We started by preparing meals and taking them to homeless encampments. This helped us get to know our unhoused neighbors and learn about their unique situations. Relationships built on empathy and trust pushed us to do more, eventually opening a non-profit so people in the community could get involved even if they didn’t have direct contact with the people we served.
